Wonders of Google toolbar

I love Google products,they have recently launched beta of google toolbar4 which provides API to create custom buttons,along with that, there is online bookmark service so that you can keep your favorites synch in all PC,its awesome and you dont need to go to delicious again and again.

I am one of reader of my city metroblog and for fun and offcourse for sake of ease,i hacked for few mins to make a custom button for Karachi metroblog.If you have toolbar installed,click on link and a button will appear on your new toolbar which you can download from link mentioned above.

Backing Hamas

Many of you might be aware of israel sanctions after victory of Hamas in local elections.Israel demands acceptance of a a bastard zionist state by Hamas which they will never do.American blackie Condo Liza rice is in Middle east these days to get support of leaving Hamas alone.First Egyo rejected the idea and announced to aid palestine in case of Israel halts financial support and now Saudia is second country to support Hamas,seems tough time for Ms.Rice as both Egypt and KSA are very closed to US.Pakistan is 3rd muslim country which is close to US.It would be intresting if Pakistan support Hamas ,even moral support would be enough.

As a developer i know that its hard to write an algo which can actually detect a suspicious term,i don't know what algo used by yahoo but yes it is easy to make difference between Allah and Abdallah,and they could always cound no of characters before and after suspicious word and then check that if there is SPACe character,right after and before of suspicious word,they could detect it as actual Banned word else the suspicious word is part of a string,but yeah its not easy to detect hateAllahhate, and identify as a Blasphemious word.

After reading this and this one,I am just thinking that where are we heading to,is this the way to record protest,specially to show your love for Prophet(SAW)?Shame on us.Those who are building KFC,banks and other properties are not REALLY muslim and they are not even 0.1% of whole muslim population.What one get after burning Punjab Assembly building?I agree with this guy.

Biased freedom of expression

Well cartoon issue is not over yet,infact its spreading all over the world and in reaction iran's biggest newspaper has come up with an idea of launching a contest of making holocaust cartoons,personally i feel that it is as absurd as sketching cartoons of Muslims' prophet.
It is blamed that Muslims want to dictate western media and does not support freedom of speech but are they really promoting freedom?
There is an intresting news at Reuters about baised western media,they whine when ahmed nijad talks about removing illegal state of israel from face of earth or about statment of iranian president about holocaust myth or about anti-Semitism but they talk about freedom of expression when they make fun of islamic personalities.If press is really free,they shouldn't condemn of things which are associated with jews and christians.Heck they even ban the al-jazeera transmission.

Muslims don't have sense of humor??

CNN is running a poll,asking readers whether cartoons of Muhammad(SAW) should be published or not.This is pretty lame survey and guys at CNN are ignorant too.They don't know that for muslims Jesus(AS) or any other prophet is as credible and respected like Muhammad(SAW).A person can't call himself a muslim if he doesn't believe in all prophets,from Adam(AS) to Muhammad(AS) and we will condemn any such sick attempt for Jesus(AS) and David(AS) as well

And those chiristians/Jews who have been talking about so called freedom of speech,did they ever think about status and credibility of jesus or he's just another human being for them?Did they ever bother to read Ten Commandments which says something like that?

You shall have no other gods besides Me...Do not make a sculpted image or any likeness of what is in the heavens above..."

When I read/hear ignorant statments by chrisitans/jews against Islam,i just grin that how much they have forgot their own teachings,so jews deserve to be called themselves jews when they criticize muslims over images,ignoring the basics of their own teachings?,most of the time i am perplexed due to christians/jews hypocricy,at one side they claim to have a true religion while on other they add verses in bible which supports Incest relation or comeup with something like Irc bible,if this is really considered as right to express anything,then i wonder what's considered blasphemy in your sight? just curious.

Suppose my mom has put frying pan in some shelf,for a lazy like me,its a toughest job to seek it one by one,what if i have interface where i just write fryingpan and it comesup with result with shelf number along with direction..ah life would be easier,this could be possible if things are GPS+bluetooth enabled,providing all credentials of the object itself,GPS for location the frying pan,Bluetooth for connectivity with the fryingpan/shelf itself...


You can expect any unexpected thing from google,as i read long time back,they are already working to index all kind of sounds on earth,as Larry said himself:

So just cross your fingers and wait for what comes next.

Cartoon Crisis-A humble request

In September,Jyllands-Posten,one of the largest newspaper in denmark published a series of 12 caricatures of Prophet Muhammad(SAW) which has given birth a new crisis in the world ,specially in muslim world and many arab countries including Saudi arab has started boycotting Danish products,specially Arla foods in middle east.Due to this boycott Arla has been suffering a lot and they have been planning for 140 job cuts.

"We are losing around 10 million crowns per day at the moment," a spokeswoman said.

But things don't end here,after Denmark,a norwegian paper reprinted cartoons few days back and tonight i watched on BBC that after these two EU countries, France Soir,French conservative newspaper also has republished those cartoons in the name of Freedom of expression.

Enough lessons from these reactionary bigots! There is nothing in these incriminated cartoons that intends to be racist or denigrate any community as such," he wrote in a commentary.

They call it freedom of expression rather blasphemy,you visit any forum about this issue,you would find majority to say words that muslims have no sense of humor,I am not surprised at all after reading all such comments,there is a history of christians and jews to make fun of religious celebrities like Marry(AS),Jesus(AS) ,God etc.Some christian replied me that they have even made fun of jesus and they dont mind it,how can they mind when they don't hesitate to offend Mary,making verses in bible to permit incest in their religion then why would they hurt to publish such cartoons.

i have a question from every non-muslim reader of the post who thinks that muslims dont have sense of humor.

Suppose if someone makes a vulgar sketch of your mother/sister/daugther and publish it in a paper,how would you feel?will you take it as a joke?let me tell you,if you have some respect,you would retaliate,won't you?why shouldn't enjoy like others after seeing those cartoons in papers?Oh well,will it not be consider freedom of expresion?If you don't have balls,you will really enjoy it but if you love them,you would certainly get hurt and react.Thats the main point,but..wait a minute,how did i forget about Yo-Momma jokes..so i think most of you won't hurt at all.

and i have a request from all muslims,do protest but dont bring flavor of violence in it,we muslims are very emotional..its not bad but we should use our brains as well,the way EU countries republishing those cartoon series,what i figure out that they are just playing with emotions of millions of muslims,making them more restless ,so calm down and protest without bringing any violence in middle.There are other ways to demonstrate your rage other than comming on roads,like:

1)Start concentrating on your education.
2)Start following the religion properly
3)instead of wasting time over useless entertainment,do utilize your time in R&D and Science and technology
5)Bring tolerance for others.

Japs didn't start demonstrating on roads after World war,they focused on their economy,they screwed US with the help of their skills and made americans and others dependant on their products. Can't you guys do same?is it necessary to come out on roads and burn flags or all stuff.Please open your eyes and try to figure out things,you can't make them to listen you by this attitude.

Give Sania Mirza and take the match

Atlast pakistan won the test series after giving a humiliated defeat of 341 runs by 1-0.There were awesome performances by young lads like Kamran Akmal and Mohammad Asif,Asif is really a talented bowler,another gift for Pakistan,i saw match highlights and oh boy,the way asif bowled all three indian's top batsmen was wonderful to watch,specially the tendulkar's dismissal was classic.Lots of ppl went to stadium to enjoy these historical moments,pakistan has won home series against India after 20 years.Every karachiite enjoyed this match,whether in stadium or at home or at office,every one was wishing and praying for pakistan victory but this guy is wishing something else.



I guess some Indian player would have read this and they couldn't digest this offer and they preferred defeat over losing Sania Mirza ;)
