Mother

Mother,Mom,Maa, Amma,Ammi,Mata.Different names,different languages,different cultures but same personality,that is,Love and tenderness.I can't describe mother in just these two words.I am not capable of,noone is capable to define love of mother in few words,it is as impossible as counting stars in this universe.

World celebrtes Mother's Day,I don't know why only one day is needed to thank a person who tries her best to keep you safe from all sorrows,troubles of the world.

I remember the days when i was a kid and my mom was used to getup early in the morning,5/6 0 Clock and got ready to prepare breakfast for me,combing my hair,preparing meal for my school break or what not.She has been doing it for years,without any complain. I wonder can i show such patience?Offcourse not.Yes she has often beaten me up,she used to get mad at me,at that time i started crying,getting restless,but when i grew up,I realized that whatever she did,it was good for me.

I am not a 100% obedient son of my mother.I know I have hurt her oftenly,both intentially and unintentially but it does not mean that I don't love my mother.NO i love her a lot,i dont know how much because I can't measure it anyway.Due to my short temper nature my mother and others often consider me a guy with attitude,it doesn't mean tht my mom doesn;t know me but i give such impression to her but very next moment I went to my maa,sit near her feet and says Sorry to her,she has got such a magical personlity tht I forget everything,every sorrws of mine when she hugs me.Wow,didn;t Allah give us a wonderful gift in form of mother.I was watching a hindi movie in which actoress says to her mom that God coudn't be everywhere in physical form for us,thatswhy He created mother and its true.When Allah explains the love He has for his creature,he compared it with love of a mother that is,He(SWT) says that He loves us 70,000 times more than a mother.Read what G.Washington says about his mother:

My mother was the most beautiful woman I ever saw. All I am I owe to my mother. I attribute all my success in life to the moral, intellectual and physical education I received from her.

For every child,his mother is most beautiful.We are reflections of our mothers and we should never ruin her image by any mean in our lives.

Today we see things like oldage houses where people actually throw their parents.Curse of Allah upon such people.Curse of mine on such people.Why don't such people think that they would reach to same age one day,as i said in one of my post that woman's real enemy is another woman,not a man.A woman(wife) forces her hubby to kick his mother out of home because shes like a burden,even sons do same and this is not in WEST only,it is in Pakistan too yeah,i got surpirsed when i saw a documentry on Alrahman-Alrahim channel in which they interviewed ladies and gentlemen who were parents fo some frigging guys and girls.They interviewed around 20 parents and NONE of them cursed to their kids,they were still praying for the health of their kids,those kids who sent them to such hell like place.Man i was weeping,no we can't return our parents efforts back never ever.What can you return to your mother?What about the pain and burden she had when you were in her womb?Can you return that?or what about the endless nights and mornings she ruined for sake of your better health and future.I bet you would start frowning after few days.

Few years back I was very excited to go abroad for job and whnever i discussed it with my mom or dad,they didnt refuse at all but i could see their sad eyes but i was to careless that i never noticed them or say i didnt give them importance but i have experienced many things in past 2 years which brought lots of changes in me.Being a single son,i realize that my parents are at stage where they need me rather my money,therefore I have given up to go abroad,specially distant places like US or canada.They dont wana leave Pakistanhehe i dont know why:),all i know that if I am doing all this for sake of my parents,Allah will give me more than i could have abroad,that is my belief.So keep loving you mom,do tell her that you love her,I am not so expressive as i mentioned but I know you guys are not like me.Do tell her before it gets late and never compare your wife with your mother,love your wife but dont let her cross the limit that she forces you to offend your mother.It will be your mother's prayers who brought you up.So many times i was saved from infinite harms and sorrows in life and it was all due to my mother's prayers.I used to read an event in religious books about Moses(AS),as you know that Moses(AS) had privilege to talk Allah(SAW) directly,one day when HE was going to listen God's order and he fumbled,God said to moses to be careful as Her mother doesnt exist anymore,it tells us how powerful are mother's prayers.So please dont lose such wonderful personality,love her as much as you can,also tell me how can i express my feelings to her:)

I dont know what have i written above,its just i kept writing with moist eyes,yeah I couldn't control myself when i was thinking about my mother.May Allah gives her big and wonderful life(ameen) so pardon me for random thoughts.In last i would quote a hadith about Importance of mother in Islam.


A man came to the Prophet and asked:"Messenger of Allah, who is the most deserving of good care from me?" The Prophet replied: "Your mother (which he repeated three times) then your father, then your nearest relatives in order".

Sonia Quits

Sonia Gandhi, the italian widow of Rajeev Gandhi and leader of Congress has resigned from Lok Sabha(House of People) after claiming that she holds another salaried post.

According to Indian law,an assembly member can't hold two salaried posts at a time.Sonia claims her action as Victory of Democracy while on other side people are saying that her action is too late and she took the step after opposition's allegations. Few weeks back,Jaya bachan,wife of Amitabh and parliment member was suspended due to same issue.

On the other hand,there is no such law in Pakistan,atleast I am not aware of,and they can't bring such law either,after all,who will run the country where 98% of politicians are fudals?I can't give example of all since they are many but I would like to discuss two popular corrupt leaders in Pakistan, that is Benazir and Nawaz.

Nawaz Sharef was ex PM of Pakistan who was kicked out from Pakistan by Musharraf after his attempt to kill the General.Nawaz family is owner of Hudebia paper mills,Ittefaq Foundaries in Pakistan and He and his brother had been taking salaries as PM and Chief Minister of Punjab respectively.The exiled PM running still mills in Saudia now.

Benazir and Her might hubby Asif zardari is another example of fudalism in Pakistan.They are/were owner of glorious Surrey Palace(Surrey Mahal),that's other thing that British govt froze her assets on request of Pakistan govt.Mr.Zardari who were transformed from Mr Ten percent to Desi Nelson Mandela has earned or I say looted a lot in benazir era,whether its SGS case or raffle schemes or steel mill case.He is also considered responsible for killing his Sala(brother in law) Meer Murtaza Bhutto.

These were just two examples,otherwise it would take lots of time and research to write about different fudal families like Khars,Legharis,Dolatanas,Khoros,Chaudharies.

And corruption don't reside only in fudals,who can forget might Altaf Hussien who started a student movement in Karachi University under Asherward of Ziaul Haq and gained lot of popularity in Karachi in 90s and emerged as leader of 2nd biggest party in Pakistan(MQM),Mr hussien is in London these days with his wife and daugther and He does nothing but getting engaged in tele conferening around the world(guess who pays for it?),also our psuedo religious leaders like Qazi Hussien,Fazulr Rahman etc etc who earned a lot during afghan war and still earning for sake of Kashmir issue.

Opposition people don't miss a chance to start campaign against govt but they dont come out on roads when govt increase the pay of parliment members by 10-15%.Yeah gov't can come up with a justification that they can't increase salaries of thousands of govt employees because Pakistan govt is a poor govt so its better to increase salaries of corrupt politicians so that they can fight like dogs in assemblies with more power.God knows when will we getrid of fudalism.Pakistan is unfortunate that Jinnah died soon and we coudn't get someone like nehru who fought against fudalism and removed it from face of Indian soil.

Muhammad Ali passes away

One of the greastest Pakistani's big screen actor Muhammad Ali died today in lahore due to heart failure.(Inna lillah-e- Wainna Alahey Rajion).

He was a great peformer and a kind hearted person.After Waheed Murad, i think he was the next greatest actor in Pakistani cinema.

Though i have not watched much Pakistani movies but i still remember his movie Aag which I had watched on Pakistan Television which got famous due to nice script and songs.One of the songs picturised on him is striking my mind.The song was sung by A.Nayyar

Global fingering

Ok,they have decided that they would keep bugging everyone around,in recent US security strategy report , the mighty bush is taking panga with everyone,whether its russia or china or Hugo Chavez,let me summarize what bush is trying to say in this damn report.

1. Preemptive strike: We will not quit,do whatever you wanna do,i dont give a damn
2. China:dam you,cant you free your currency?why dont you allow us to penetrate in your country like dick's(Halliburton) penetrated in iraq for sake of *Rebuilding*
3. Russia: look like you have forgot what we did with you 25 years back,listen i dont have my agent osama anymore,i coudn't satisfy him last time so hes against me now,so cruel.Better dont push your luck and bring some damn reforms and bring similar democracy in region like i brought in Afghanistan and iraq and be like my "Mush"
4. Iran,Hugo Chavez: Die Die Die,you guys are pain in ass for me.

Give this guy some time

Mustafa Kamal,the nazim of Karachi,the ex-IT minister for Sind has start multiple prooejcts at a time to resolve severe traffic in Karachi,atleast 4 under pass are under construction in different areas,details mentioned here and here also and due to this many roads are blocked in Karachi,since we are used to for this so pretty useless to complain about it but one thing that should be appreciated that the guy himself is visiting the sites twice in a day and poeple have been workin in 3 shifts(8 hours shift) as he has set deadline of 4 months to complete 4 underpasses,they have provided diversion plan(Thanks Imtiaz Noor from Karachi metroblog).Before that they started a campaign to remove illegal billboards from major roads of karachi.On the other hand public transport is banned on I.I Chundrigarh road for sake of beautification of IIC.

He also has passed order for not installing shitty praising banners like "Shukria Naimutullah","Shukria City Nazim" etc etc (from past local govt)which we used to see on different locations,though in reaction MQM guys had also came up with a banner like "hum khokrapar bus service shuru karna par quaid-e-threek Altaf bhai ka shukria ada karta hain-Menjanib Ahleyan-e-Karachi",as they felt they were losing popularity.

Anyway in my opinion both present and past local govts doing lots of things for karachi.Mr.Kamal calims that he has killed the bribe culture from his office,God knows the best.I hope sooner we would see a different karachi which would be a lot better than current one.whatever,Karachi is Karachi it has always rocked.

When records break at The Wanderers

Yestereve,when South Africa crossed the target of 434 by Australians,they had taught lesson of determination,courage and team work to millions of cricketfans.I will always remember this match in my life,this is the match which is played once in a life time.

I didn't watch the match from start,i had already watched Australian innings but when I saw the score australians made,i was not believing in my eyes,i cleared my glasses and watched again,yes it was 434 and Australia had already made a record in cricket history for making highest score in ODI but same record became reason of embarrassment for Australia when Proteas chased the target in 49.5 overs and made 438/9 and won the match by 1 wicket.The hero of the match was mighty Herschelle Gibbs who scored 175,the 10th highest score in ODI,Pakistan's Saeeed Anwar is on top with his might 194 runs Innings against India.

``I'm going to keep smiling for a while,'' Gibbs said. ``Cricket is getting bizarre these days with some of the scores made. We needed something like that from somebody and it happened to be my day.'' -Gibbs

400+ is not the only record which was made at The Wanderers, Ponting scored 164 of 105 balls which includes 9 sixes and 13 fours,Australia's Mick Lewis is on top as a Most expensive bowler in any ODI by giving 113 runs in 10 overs,few other stats of yesterdays match are given below:

Women Day-Do woman know her real enemy?

8 March is celebrated as Women Day in all over the world,it is said that its celebrated for sake of women rights and giving them their rights.

Woman in any form is the beautiful and precious creature of God.If she's a mother,shes most loveable,you cant find alternative of a mother,i dont know what is filled in a woman that she comes out as a mother,world could be more worst and ugly if we didnt have mothers(i love you mom,though i hesitate to express this infront of you).

Woman in form of wife is a good gift for any man,its said wife could make life hell but do remember,if you are good yourself,you will be rewarded a good life partner,be nice with others,you will be given a wonderful wife.

If she's a daugther,shes like a blessing for a family,daughter since childhood tries hard to keep her family happy,helps siblings,parents etc etc,daughter is blessing of God,there is no doubt about it.

Islam has discussed a lot about Women's right in all form,i am not going in details because this is not my topic,yes i would just say that western people or non-muslims thnk that Islam just asks women to hide themselves in veils and Islam dont give rights to women to take divorce ,etc etc which is entirely wrong and if i get time,i would discuss verses about Women's right in Islam.

if living in less clothes is a freedom then i would say that animals are more modern than western ladies as they can do whatever they want and yet wearing nothing.

Ok let me come to the topic,it is commonly considered that men are responsible for all cruel things against women,i do agree that men do torture women by several means but i wouldn't say that they are real threat for a woman.I wonder why women simply ignore that this is the other woman who actually is harmful for her,for her rights.We have heard and seen a lot about typical relationship between mother and daugther in law but this is not just a single case.

When i was a student,I used to go to friend's home for combine studies and stay at friends' home,guys at my class very supportive,never hesitated to give class lecutures or assignments but when my sis tells about attitude of her class fellows towards each other,i just gets surprises and it forces me to thnk that most of women are jealous with each other,they dont feel nice to be supportive,always ready for backbiting etc etc.I dont claim all women are same but yes majority of them is like that, so please all respectable girls and women,just dont blame to guys for every bad thing,dont come up with excuse that wife is burnt by a husband only,do try to findout that who forces her to burn the wife and show him dream for some new "fairy like wife".The day you identify your real enemy,most of your problems would get solved automatically.

Whining about blog censorship

It's clear that Pakistani govt has banned Blogspot website due to offensive Muhammad(SAW) cartoons,a number of Pakistani bloggers are considering it a step against Freedom of speech,yeah the same shitty freedom of speech which gave right to danish cartoonist to publish cartoon but this same freedom is blown in air when someone tries to make fun of Jews or zions.Many members and readers of Karachi Metroblog are considering it against freedom and they think they can't give voice to their innner feelings and they are comming up with very absurd posts on different forums,for instance,there are multple entries against this banning,like this is one of lame entry,posting Faiz's classical piece of work which he would have writtena against Zia govt when everything was banned,somebody tell this guy to get registered with blogger first so that he could understand how blogspot actually works.Now read this,launching a movement,how can you tell them diffrent than these guys who are out on road just for fun,do you thnk they really know what's going on or are they really true Muhammad(SAW) lovers?I dont thnk so anyway.We pakistanis dont miss a chance to come out as idiots and mess with our lives.I am one of blogger member and I am suffering too but like many,I am also against publishing of cartoons and why not?

Technically its very very difficult to check one by one blogspot website i dont say its impossible but the more you filters apply,more suffering while surfing so they just banned the IP(66.102.15.101) but IP of blogger.com which is control panel of blogspot.com is not blocked anyway ,IP of blogger.com is 66.102.15.100 and its accessible.So those guys who are whining about taken freedom away are literally idiots.I can still send my message to outer world and my post is real example of that.Believe me if Telecom guuys just apply more filters on that,same group of people would start movement against Slow internet,atleast these guys are on BBC now.

The funniest thing is that an American blogger talks about freedom,hehhe,somebody tell this lady that pakistanis can still write their blogs.It so weird when an american talks like this ,ignoring the facts that their own media censorts anti-USA news ,censors US marine casualties in iraq and more on that,they are spied.

Daniak speaking of Wikipedia,i am just curious how much info have you achieved yet and how it helped to solve the problems of Pakistan?Mr Awab,you are a doctor not a techie,if you know some algo to trace those speicif websites only but not all then do give that to China first who forced All three big search engine owners, Google,Yahoo and MSN to arrange seprte data servers for their respective websites. If they really want to start some movement,why dont they raise voice against poverty,illetracy and honor killings?why dont they come out on roads and collect gargabe and educate neighbours?I am not saint either but atleast i am not protesting for something which really dont matter for the country.

Muralitharan made history when he got 1000 wicket in history of cricket.Yes! hes the first man who reached to four figure,his record is amazing,589 wickets in 100 only HUNDRED test matched and 411 in ODIs.Congrats Murali,your bowling is always great to watch.
